Payment Information

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Paypal is also available upon request. 

Payment is due at the time of service, and all clients are required to save a credit card on file.


Please note Peace Within, LLC is not an "in-network" provider for any insurance companies and does not bill insurance companies directly. However, you may have an “out-of-network” benefit that allows you to see any therapist, pay directly to the therapist, and then be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider. Peace Within, LLC can provide you with a monthly detailed medical receipt (also known as a superbill) so that you have documentation to submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement request. Please contact Member Services with your insurance provider to find out if you have out-of-network benefits and to find out the current approved reimbursement rate for individual and group therapy.

Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale

Peace Within, LLC provides reduced fee services on a limited basis for a limited number of clients monthly. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in these services.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that at least 24 hours advance cancellation of scheduled appointments is required in order to avoid being charged for the full session fee for individual sessions. Once enrolled in a group, you are responsible for the full payment of the group session even if you are absent. Group members are allowed one make-up session per module at no additional fee.
